Lnthwe did a survey of our ranch or club users, asking them for a comment on how they enjoyed or what they did not like about opr properties. We were looking for a hoest appaisal of what everyone was experiencing. As ususal, not as many as we hoped for responded, every one these days seems so busy...
At any rate, we could bore you with statistics, which basically boiled down to the operation all in all having great value to a vast majoprity of the respondents.
Not everyone felt positive, but what we started top realize was itsd a lot like life, and also similar to plying sports, you put up with the occasional poor outing knowing when it works, it makes up for everything and w whole lot more. So, like I said, there is great value here.

"I have used the properties for many years now. Number one, I like the feeling of freedom. When I arrive on one of your ranches I know I wont be suprised by something like a bunch of wild asses carrying on or a someone in law enforcement. So free from worries is what I mean.
If you can hunt during ther werk, msunI am a quail and turkey hunter mostly, but dabble in pig and duck hunting too. So most trips, except for ducks, involve lot of foot time, and I can tell you most times I feel have an entire property for my self once I have hoofed it or trucked for awhile...A 10,000 acre ranch is big enough that it can't be over hunted, unless they allowed an army of hunters there, which you don't, so I have very high success rate overall.
